With charcoal, it is black and white --no color but it can still look so elegant and beautiful. I welcome the opportunity to transform your photos of your loved ones, pets or a fond memory into a unique work of art.  My art style is realism and I do my best to capture the essence of the person or subject in the photo. CANVAS CHARCOAL DRAWINGS
Canvas charcoal drawings are a great option if you don't want the hassle of searching for a frame for hand drawn artwork and look great in any room or office. I use great quality gesso primed, archival and acid free canvases for my artwork. Also, if you do choose to get a frame, I use the canvases that are the most common sizes for frames that you can find in Michael's or your favorite art supply store. 
FINE ART CHARCOAL PAPER DRAWINGS
I use great quality, cream colored heavyweight, acid free drawing paper made for charcoal drawings. The sizes that I work with are the most common sizes for frames that you can easily find in Michael's, Target or your favorite art supply store. 
How to Get A Charcoal Drawing Made
Send your photo(s) to info@suqurashannon.com with any other added details you'd like added to the drawing (flowers, clouds, etc.) and make sure you provide your name, phone number and best times to reach you. The better the quality of your original photo (high resolution), the better the final portrait will be. I'll be able to accurately capture every detail. 
Once we review your vision for your drawing, I will send an invoice to you via PayPal. A deposit of 50% of the price is due upon receipt and the remaining balance is due when the drawing is completed and you're satisfied with it. 
When your deposit is received, a rough draft will be sent to you within 24-48 hours to make sure its what you had in mind. I'll also send photo updates so that you can see the drawing process, and I can fix anything that needs to fixed before it's completely finished. 
Every drawing is set with a fixative to lock the drawing in place, preventing smudging and prolonging your beautiful artwork.

Turn Around Time Estimate
It usually takes me about 3 - 7 days to finish a drawing. It depends on the size and difficulty (amount of detail, number of people, etc.). However, if I have other orders ahead of yours, I will let you know if there may be a waiting time. Please contact me about priority orders and shipping if you need it done by a certain time. 
Shipping
Shipping is usually done via FedEx and your drawings are packaged securely. It usually takes 2-4 business days to ship.
